Frequently Asked Questions
-
Please create an account with us using the ClassFit App (free download from the Apple Store or Play Store). The ClassFit app is used for all bookings / cancellations and purchases.
What classes are suitable for me?
You can try any of our classes. If you have practiced Pilates, Barre or Yoga before at other studios/spaces and are joining us, please see the classes we have available here. Before class begins, please advise our instructors/facilitators of any injuries, conditions or concerns you may have or email us if you have further questions.
It’s my first class, what do I do once I get to the space?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class so you can meet your instructor and discuss any pre-existing injuries or limitations. Access is usually through La Comuna Cafe (towards the toilets). If your class is in the evening, the cafe might be closed, so a code will be emailed to you to access the studio from Bon Dia Residences on Carrer de la Barca, 34, 17004 Girona, Spain.
What do I need to bring?
A towel and a water bottle (if required)! Please ensure you are wearing appropriate exercise clothing, allowing you to move freely and comfortably. We will provide all of the mats and equipment, as well as water if you don’t have a bottle.
Do I need to book before coming to a class?
Yes, bookings are a MUST and can be made through the ClassFit App or on our website.

If you are planning on driving to the studio, please note that parking is limited. We recommend you leave ample time to find a car park as free parking and general parking in Barri Vell / old town is limited.
-
Do you take pregnant clients?
Yes, we sure do. You can participate in all classes, provided you make the instructor aware so they can provide you with modifications.
Your health and safety are our priority, so we kindly ask you to provide a clearance from your Doctor/OB or Physio, stating that you are medically fit to participate in an open group pilates, yoga or barre class.
Medical clearances can be emailed to us via our website.
-
Our team are trained to modify exercises if a pre-existing injury exists, or if there are physical limitations. We are not qualified to make medical assessments or provide medical care, so if you have a pre-existing injury, we ask you to have a medical clearance from your health care provider before attending our classes.
Before our classes, please approach your instructor and disclose any pre-existing injuries, limitations or concerns you may have. If you’re not sure, let us know any way! It’s best we know, just in case.

If a class is full you can add yourself to the waitlist — this is by no means a guarantee or confirmation that you can attend the class. Once a space becomes available you will receive a notification / email that you have the opportunity to secure that spot. You must then click the link and book the spot using the ClassFit App to fully secure your spot.
It is the member’s responsibility to check if they have been added off the waitlist as spots become available over night and it’s a “first in, best dressed” scenario.
Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend to avoid late cancellation or no show fees as these will still apply in this instance.

Classes must be paid in advance of each class attended. Payment is to be made at the time of the booking and the easiest way to do this is by purchasing class packs or a membership via the ClassFit App.
Our intro offer is available to new clients only and this offer may only be purchased once. The offer is non-refundable nor transferable.
All class pass packs will activate from the date of your first class booked.
All purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for accidental purchases.
All packs and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Age Limits: If the client is under 18 years they must attend with a parent or guardian. Clients must be a minimum of 16 years old to attend all classes.
-
We do our best to ensure that classes start and finish on time, and as such, we will not allow you entry if you are more than 5 minutes late.
In the instance that you do not arrive on the start time, you will not be able to get into the class and your class will be forfeited.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start of class to ensure you are able to attend your class.

Photos can be taken before or after the class, however during the class the studio is a no phone zone. Please ensure your phone is on silent and is left with your belongings. If you do need your phone, please advise the teacher at the start of your class.
Please leave your shoes outside on the dedicated racks and not within the cave.
