Barre Pilates

Barre is a dynamic workout method inspired by a unique blend of Ballet technique, pilates exercises and yoga stretching. Experience a low-impact, high-intensity movement sequence designed to strengthen your body in a way that few others workouts can. Use a barre to support your practice as you work your way through standing and floor based exercises using a combination of body weight and pilates props. Finish with restorative stretching and a grounding relaxation. No prior experience in dance is needed as classes accommodate all levels and abilities.
